#pickup lucifer

Hello lovely Lucifans,

We have caused a complete social media sh*t storm trying to save our show, AND ITS WORKING, big people are taking note, however:

Lucifer was cancelled because Disney is about to own FOX, and Disney own Marvel, if Lucifer was a huge money maker then it probably would have been fine but it’s not, it’s a cult favourite. This means it’s getting shopped around, networks will be interested but they need more than social media- they’re a company they need numbers.

B99 was picked up within a day by NBC because Andy grew up there, it has personal ties to the network, it should have been there all along, we aren’t B99.

We aren’t going to get picked up within a day, on the weekend, when they only have a social media campaign to look at. We need to prove we are worthy of a new home.

I have NO DOUBT that CW, DC TV, Hulu, (maybe NBC), are intrigued, how could they not be, but we need to reel them in- how do we do that?

RATINGS.

Come Monday night, if you live in the United States, we need to turn out in MASSIVE NUMBERS, show other networks what they can be a part of.

If you don’t live in the US, get a VPN (most of them have a free trial period) and set it to USA and watch it on the FoxNow as soon as it goes up.

Until then, keep up the twitter/tumblr storm, yes we got a million tweets in a day, but if we can stay relevant until Monday night that’s so impressive.

I am not worried that we haven’t been picked up yet, I still genuinely believe we will be saved, BUT ONLY IF YOU TUNE IN.

You are systematically destroying your comedy line up. You cancelled Lucifer, you cancelled Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and without that humor by which you excel, you become just like everyone else except marginally worse. We have nothing in common anymore.
