Julian made his way from Dorwinion, back to the civilian realm where you and he had lived and he was in search of three things. For his first item, he stopped at the Metaphysical Bookstore it was now called, that held far more than just reading material. A book signing event was taking place, so Julian slipped into the back room undetected, where all the magical items used to be stored, and to his surprise, they still were.
The customers had all left as the store was closing. He came out through a beaded curtain carrying a pentagonal prism, startling the female employee.
"Oh...you scared me. I thought everyone had left. Can I..help you?" the dark haired older woman asked as she looked Julian up and down in a not so discreet way. She certainly liked what she saw, and who wouldn't? Julian was a very attractive man.
"I would like this crystal please."
"Well...I only sell those in gropes, uh I mean groups of three." she said, practically throwing herself at him.
"Although I would enjoy a group of three, I am only interested in the one I am looking at. Surely you could separate this one piece for I have quite a large payment for it." he said as he handed it to her. "Deal?"
"That depends how large this payment is?" she seductively said as she held the solid crystal in both of her hands and smiled.
"I assure you, it is a pleasureful amount, enough to get instant satisfaction from."
"Well, with that huge of a payment, I assure you it would be instant. If you will follow me to the back, I will take care of this...one piece for you."
Julian may have been a warlock, but he was still a man, especially below the belt and he hadn't been laid in over a decade since Caroline had him locked up for 9 years. When he said instant, he knew that's what it would be as his cock was now as hard as that prism. Surely he had time for a quickie with a woman he would never see again. He had to do something, or he was going to explode right then and there from her body language and extremely forward verbal advances.
As they walked through the door beads, Julian pushed the woman up against the wall and pressed his hips into hers.
"Is that...large enough for you?" he bewitchingly said just inches from her mouth.
"It's quite hard to tell when it's still in it's packaging."
"Well let me open it for you."
Julian undid his pants and pulled his painfully swollen cock out as it twitched from his own touch. The woman's eyes visibly expressed her approval as she gazed down in awe at Julian handling his mighty sword.
"My, your payment highly exceeds what I expected. May I...feel it? I have never touched such an enormous amount of compensation before."
"Softly...for it is in a very fragile state and may shatter if you move too quickly."
With her fingers trembling, she gently grazed the precum seeping from his head, causing his cock to react in a bouncing twitch. Julian closed his eyes as a stuttering sigh escaped his lips.
"I am through with the foreplay and am ready to pay my dues." he growled and lifted the woman's dress, ripping her panties clean off. Lifting her leg, he rubbed the head of his raging cock over her clit and down through her folds, finding her warm saturated entrance. He then plunged into her tight slick walls with booming bellows catapulting from both of their mouths. Hard pants were carried to the beat of his swift pumps. The faster he went, the more she squealed, driving him mad. The woman's body began to convulse as her fingers dug into his ass cheeks and a shrill cry followed as her walls contracted over him. Instantaneously, Julian became immobile and then a violent earthquake took over his body as he released the nine years of pent up sexual deprivation into her. His eyes glowed a light blue through his pulsations as he wailed like a banshee, causing a window to burst.
Julian withdrew from her and did up his pants as the woman gasped and stood frozen, gaping at him.
"W..what...a...are you?" she stammered in fear.
Julian grinned. "No one you will ever remember."
He touched her forehead and she dropped to the ground unconscious, then he took the prism, snapped his fingers at the surveillance camera, causing it to smoke....and left.
Now that he had gained one item he needed, that left two more. Ashmole and it's three separated pages that were in a place no one would have ever thought to look....his old house. He knew it wouldn't be a simple in and out task as the house was now occupied by new owners. Julian wasn't fond of killing innocent people but he knew he may have to do so to obtain his hidden property...and he wasn't about to ask nicely because he knew he was being followed, so instead, he put a little fear into the man living in the home.
"I will say good evening, although it does seem unwarranted." Julian stated as he put the cross back on the wall that had fallen.
"Who...who are you. What do you want?" the man asked with a shaky voice.
"Simply what is mine and I will be on my way, unless you interfere. You don't mind if I...have a look around do you?"
"N..n..no." the man squeaked as he sat frozen in fear.
"That's very kind of you. Stay as you are and I will be out of your hair shortly."
All the man could do was swiftly nod as Julian went about his tasks. He walked over to a wooden table that he knew was still there because he could feel the contents it held as soon as he had entered the house. The top of it was consumed with a bunch of knick-knacks that he aggressively swiped right off of it.
He then picked up some heavy object and began heaving it on the table until the boards splintered. There they were, just as he had left them, the most important and deadly pages of Ashmole 782....all but one anyways.
The other he had placed elsewhere for extra protection. The book itself was nowhere near there, but also in another place that no one would suspect.
Up to the attic he then went, pulled out his knife and jimmied a board on the wall, pulling out the remaining piece to the puzzle.
Julian sat down and arranged the pages and began looking them over with a smile upon his face, then tested their magic without their host. His hand lit up with fire as he swirled it all around, astonished by the power they held all on their own. He now had the means in his hands to take down Jareth but not until the pages were reunited with Ashmole.
The magical moment was soon over as Julian smelled the ungodly scent of the one who had been following him. His brother, Harker.
"Come out, come out wherever you are Jules."
"I know why you have come here, for of all places to return to, that could only mean you have come for something long searched for. Something I cannot allow you to have dear brother as I know why you desire it, but I must applaud you for concealing it all these years in a most conspicuous yet inconspicuous place. You see, the old Jareth I despised, always trying to do the right thing thanks to your influence over him back then and because of his interference between you and I, I had no choice but to end his insufferable existence. But you...you found the means to bring him back not knowing what he would become....and I...I commend you for that choice for now he is just like he should have always been. Now you wish to destroy him and that....just cannot be. Mother won't hear of it and she's quite displeased with you Jules. You're the 7th son and yet you're nothing of the sort...in her eyes. Of course, she's been quite displeased with me too all these years for taking Jareth's life and now that he has become the son she has always wanted, she has put her faith in me to stop you from taking him away from her again...and you see....I won't let her down because you know as well as I do what it's like to face her wrath. She disowned me for what I had done and now I am going to mend all that. Join us brother, like it was always supposed to be. You, me, Jareth and Freya. Give me the pages and the book so I can return them to it's rightful owner, our mother."
"Of all the curiosities I've seen, no other has surprised me more than this." Julian said as he flew down from the ceiling.
Harker spun around in shock.
"What's the matter brother? Forgotten witches fly?"
"Oh that's right, you have forgotten because mother took that power away from you until recently, all in order to find me. I will never join you. Jareth, Freya and myself were the good ones and then you killed Jareth, setting up Freya's downfall by him but you, he and mother will never hold that power over me."
"Oh Jules, you set up Freya's downfall all on your own by bringing Jareth back, not having a clue what kind of power you were dealing with by stealing mother's book to do so. A rookie warlock per se. Some things should just stay dead and buried, well at least I thought that until you resurrected the true Jareth...and then, when you realized what you had done, it was too late and you tried to reverse it by destroying the book, which you then soon found out, you cannot do, so you hid it and it's most predominant attributes when you found out it was the most desired book in the world....all to save humanity? No wonder mother almost vomits at the mention of your name. A complete disappointment you have become to her....and then there was Caroline, may the devil rest her soul, that you took up with...until she turned out to be just as evil as the next witch on the block. How did that work out for ya Jules? Oh, that's right. It didn't. You do realize, she only was with you because she knew about Ashmole and that you knew where it was. I mean, why else do you think she was unfaithful and slept with Jareth, resulting in your sweet Josephine...sweeeeet indeed. I'd love to have a piece of that candy. I have a sweet tooth for redheads. I can feel my cock stiffen as I speak. Blood means nothing to me."
Julian stepped forward in a threatening manner.
"You would be wise to watch your tongue about my daughter."
Harker got the response out of Julian that he wanted and stabbed him in the stomach.
Julian panicked and ripped open his overcoat only to reveal that the knife had cut clear through the pages he had concealed inside of it, but did not penetrate his skin.
The pages immediately sealed back together as did the one that fell on the floor that had been sliced completely in two.
The man that was living in the house was huddled in the corner where Harker had dragged him to when he came up to the attic. After hearing the two feuding warlocks' conversation about the power of these pages and seeing it before his own two eyes, he stupidly grabbed the now consummated page from the floor thinking he could use it as a bargaining chip for his life.
"Stay back! or...I'll burn it!" the ignorant man said as he held up a lighter to the page's edge. Just let me go and you can have it."
Harker howled in laughter. "Go ahead...burn it you imbecile."
The man shook something awful and lit the lighter.
"I swear....I'll do it! Don't come any closer."
Harker nonchalantly took a step towards him with a wicked expression.
"Didn't your mother ever teach you not take what does not belong to you?"
Harker jerked his hands out and tightened the man's bow tie without even touching him.
"I...I can't...breathe..."
Harker tilted his head. "Then let me give you some air."
He jammed his hand into the man's throat and tore it out.
Harker grabbed the page from the man before he dropped to the floor.
"Those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it." he cited as he now had a prime page in his possession.
Julian only killed if it was necessary, so this heinous act set him off. He then blasted Harker with a beam of fire, knocking him straight out the attic window.
Julian then ran to the window and climbed outside onto the roof to see Harker laying on the ground. He motioned for an iron weather pole on top of the house and hurdled it down at Harker, but missed as his agile brother rolled away.
Julian went to fly away and Harker threw the iron mast at him, striking Julian in the back and sending his brother plummeting to the ground and then took off with the single requisite page.
"Wake up precious!!!" a desperate Gollum shouted angrily to Raven who laid in the leaves trying to hide from Jareth but also trying to rejuvenate from the sunlight.
Raven sat up, squinting her eyes from the light. As they came into focus, she scrambled to her feet and ran from the hideous sight she saw peering over her.
"Precious!! Wait!!!" Gollum cried and scurried off after her.
Raven found an old barn and ran inside for refuge as it was the only option she had, for her powers had still not returned to help her in that moment. She helplessly sat in shock on a bale of straw as she watched the vulgar creature prance up to her. Her dull fiery orange eyes complimented her red hair as she stared at the assumed small wendigo, gasping through her pale lips.
"Don't be afraid, my precious. We are here to help you."
"W..w..we?" she stuttered as her eyes darted all around for another being. As her eyes came back to his, all she could see was her reflection in the beasts bulging blue eyes.
"Wh..what do you want?? Are...you one of...his...goblins?"
"Oh no precious. We are nots a goblin. We are a hobbitses."
"A...what?"
'A hobbitses!! You know, small...oh forgets it! We needs your help. We can defeat the goblin king but you must helps us."
"Help who??! All I see is...well....whatever you are!" she snapped, scaring Gollum into a cowering position.
"See! She hates us! We knew she'd hates us!"
"Who the fuck are you talking to?? get up you little shit and tell me who you are!"
"We are...I...I am...Gollum....at your service, beautiful queen Raven." he squeaked and bowed his head.
Raven sat straight up, stiff as a board and eyed this mutant carefully over the fact he knew her name. She was also taken aback by his humble words.
"Ok...Gollum...I..."
"She saids it! She saids our name!" Gollum shouted and then cowered down again, peeking up at her with one eye over his shoulder.
"Jesus...take a chill pill."
"A...chill...pill? What's a chill pills?" Gollum said as he slowly lifted his head.
"Something you're obviously in desperate need of. Start talking! What do you want??"
Gollum trembled at her loud tone. "Th...Thranduil.... he..."
"Wait what? Thranduil? What do you know about him!! Do you know where he is??"
Gollum hid his face again at her reaction and mumbled his answer.
"He..he is in the dark walls."
"The dark walls? You mean...here, in the dark forest?"
"Y...yesss."
Raven now stood up, hovering over the frightened creature.
"How...how do you know this? Have you...seen him?"
"Y..y..yesss." Gollum whimpered. "He needs our help. The King is trapped."
"Take me to him right now or I am going rip what little private parts you have, clean off your scrawny body."
"We cant's!! Not withouts the violin!"
Raven lunged down to Gollum and grabbed his cold gritty arms, shaking him.
"What the hell are you talking about! Stop talking in riddles and tell me where Thranduil is!"
Gollum screeched and then spilled his guts. "We tolds you where he is. The Elvenking needs the violin...in the goblin kings castle...it was Freya's, the goblin king's sister's. But...we can't gives it to him without setting him free. We needs the precious....and then he will set us free too."
Raven lowered her head in her hands and began to scream. Her powers were returning as fire flourished about her out of her wounds like angel wings.
"Take me to him now!!"
Gollum gulped and sped off.
"This way!"
"There...the Elvenkings is in there." Gollum pointed at a small concealed door in the side of a hill.
"You better not be fucking with me you little...whatever you are, or I'll light you up like a torch."
"He's in there! He's in there!!" Gollum shouted, cowering again to Raven.
She marched right up to the door and pounded on it.
"Thranduil?? Are you in there?"
Thranduil sprung awake from what seemed like a never ending sleep and weakly stumbled to the door.
"R..r...raven?"
Raven gasped at the sound of the King's muffled voice from behind the door and stared at Gollum.
"We tolds you." Gollum said.
Raven started frantically pulling at the door handle but it wouldn't even budge an inch. It was like it was frozen solid.
"Fuck!" she yelled. "How do I get it open Gollum??"
"You cant's. Not withouts the precious."
"Jesus christ, what is this damn precious you speak of!!?"
"Jareth's ring..." Thranduil's voice whispered through the door as he now had his face against it.
"Well...ok...but...why should I try to help you, King of the woodland realm? After what you did to me?"
"Because I can help you escape his grasp if I am freed."
"You see precious?? I told you...he needs the violins!"
"Wait...violin? Why on earth would you want that? How long have you been in there? You're not thinking clearly....clearly."
"I know exactly what I speak of for I have never been more clear headed. Jareth's citrine ring will open this door. But trust me, the violin will be needed if you manage to take the ring from him. Your powers will be useless to his wrath."
"So...a simple violin will defeat him and free us all?"
"A simple violin will do just that...temporarily....allowing enough time to escape....and my swords. I know you know where they are Raven. I had them when I entered Caroline's trap."
"I..I don't understand.."
"You don't need to understand!" Thranduil barked. "Do you want to be free of him or not? You, Gollum and myself will soon die, if you are not smart enough to figure that out yet. I sense your injuries. Am I wrong? There are no other options."
"And just how am I supposed to get that ring off of his finger?"
"Just like you took from me what you wanted. Gúl. (Magic). Hi glenn-!" (Now go!)
Raven and Gollum scrambled off at the Elvenking's command, not having a clue in the world as to how they were going to pull this off, so they went back to the barn to conjure up a plan.
Thranduil laid against the door and slid down to the ground with his head between his knees and sobbed.
"Josephine....our love is the only thing that keep's me here. You're the only reason that I am holding on. I will find my way back to you my love....even if it means going through hell fire to do so....I will be free."
