kriselle knight theory pisses me off so bad. expecting toby to come up with some bullshit inconsistent time travel nonsense because it would be a little bit cool is stupid and annoying
dragging the supernatural into the weird route really diminishes its impact i think. the influence of the SOUL is obviously a core "magical" corrupting influence, but time travel pulls an otherwise gripping story about grooming and abuse into hyper fiction.
not only that, but kriselle knight does nothing for the story except introduce a little bit of 14 year old edginess into the knight's motivation to cause the roaring.
