i dont think thereād be a problem w/ skin grafts- i know someone who had a mastectomy bc of breast cancer and didnāt haveĀ ārealā nipples and got the artificial grafts done. just ask your piercer innit! nips are me next planned piercings medusa was great, most painful ive ever had tho- none of the others hurt at all.
