I just remembered this was from my morning meditation 🧘🏼♀️ . I spent most of my evening chatting with a BFF...for 3 HOURS and 23 MINUTES!!! ⏱ . Clearly we were overdue. I think we could’ve talked all night, but since she’s in a different time zone she had to get to bed. 🛏 .
