Well, I finally dipped into the fan art rabbit hole.
Here’s a Julian, in metallic colored pencils I was gifted at work and had to try out.

I’ve been drawing a witch and a naga way too much. I can’t help it. I love them.
A few attempts at watercolor. I’m really unfamiliar with how to use it at a little impatient to let it dry before I go back in. And I payed for it to on the mushroooms. You can definitely see the red that bled. Lol
These were fun. Only positing them here for now.
Ciya, with more of a sun/dawn motif. Heavily inspired by @donutbutts on Instagram photo that I saw floating around Pinterest, and ideas a good friend of mine had about my usually bubbly pixie. Also, don’t hand me a gold prismacolor pen. I cannot be trusted to go light with it.
A work in progress with a comparison to a piece so did back in 2016.
The signs of progress are encouraging.
Keep going.

Have some sketches today.
I need to work on Ciya’s face a little. (Pixie up front there with the flower “tattoos”). But otherwise pretty pleased.
I did a quick three marker challenge of my witch girl, Vivica. I shuffled my “on the go” markers and pulled ballet pink, eggshell, and black. Weirdest combo but here’s my best shot.
Why is she surrounded by dark goop? You tell me.
I did a three marker challenge from the prisma markers that I keep in my supply case. I picked at random and got a pretty lucky combination. My poor cool grey is drying up though. 😅 Hence the odd texture on the hood. #phoenixashesart #threemarkerchallenge #prismacolor #sketch #character https://www.instagram.com/p/B0mzSNunruy/?igshid=i9k086x7wk2c
