Salutations! The video for our first episode 1: markwardo (1/?) went up two days ago, so here’s an obligatory post about it. You can check out the first episode of It’s Not That Deep but Let’s Start Digging from pretty much any podcast app minus iTunes/Apple Podcasts, and the video for this episode can be found on YouTube below:

The upcoming episode this Friday is a guest episode with our friend Shaye! It’s not about video games, but you honestly could be fooled into thinking it was. It does start the running gag that I constantly am just reading essays I wrote when I was in high school. (It originally started in this episode, where I spend a good amount of time talking about how jarrich from Silicon Valley and markwardo from The Social Network are similar thematically, but then the audio got screwed up and we rerecorded this episode.)

Several notes:

Although you cannot send Jumana your love personally, send Jumana your love!!! Despite her worries, she did super well. Plus, she put up with a lot for this episode (including multiple recording sessions) (plus, she helped with some research!).

You can hear Meghana's fire alarm beep constantly because it wants batteries. I am not apologizing because I edited out as many as I could and also I was the one who had to listen to all of them multiple times.

The average length of our raw recordings is over three hours and forty-six minutes, so I'm really sorry if the conversation doesn't flow as nicely as the other episodes. I had to cut out a lot!! I just hope everything makes sense in the context it's presented in, and if not, send me an ask and I'll clarify!
