A recurring issue with illegal dumping on a vacant lot adjacent to the Penrose Plaza Shopping Center, near the Dollar Store. Despite having a gate and a padlocked entrance, the lot has become a dumping ground for garbage. I have previously reported this issue, but the situation has only worsened.

The accumulated trash is not only an eyesore but also poses a potential health hazard.

Pedestrian and wheelchair users face difficulty navigating the sidewalk due to overgrown bushes obstructing their path

For the safety and accessibility of our sidewalks, it is crucial to address the overgrown bushes. Their branches have encroached upon the walkway, posing an obstruction for both wheelchair users and pedestrians. Regular maintenance and trimming of these shrubs are essential to ensure a clear and unobstructed sidewalk space, fostering inclusivity and ease of movement for all individuals.

I reported on June 10, 2024 to Philly311 a clogged storm drain inlets on Mario Lanza Blvd., located between 81st Street and 8400 Mario Lanza Blvd. While the area is wooded and lacks a physical mailing address, it can be identified by its position along the boulevard.

During a recent walk through the area, I observed that approximately four inlets were covered with debris. One inlet, in particular, appeared to be completely obstructed by debris and branches from nearby bushes.
