Edit: I am reading PHF a second time, this time paying attention to Sheila n’ Fugo instead of Giorno tunnel vision, and apparently she was the one who found him. So this is canon to me. She tracked him down, walked into where he was working, and said this before capturing him. Whether he played her request or not beforehand depends on the answer to the question drawn above.

WHY do I draw the characters I hate the most. (Not talking abt Sheila). I literally have SO many wips I want to draw, but I get something in my head about fuckass FUGO, KOICHI and ROHAN and it SHOOTS to the top priority and I do it immediately. Maybe contempt is more powerful than love.
