This is what I feel like currently. I am in the process of tapping into my brain power which stores 10+ years of real estate knowledge in every aspect imaginable and transferring this knowledge to my COO it's like transferring a huge file onto a new computer some data gets processed and downloaded fast, some takes longer because it's a bigger file and some goes straight into the trash can...lol. It's exciting to see how your vision can start to take shape once you decide to manifest it and take action...it's a process but once you can find a great Integrator to take your vision and implement it thru core values, process, accountabilities and procedures it's a true game changer. That is how you elevate from a high paid employee to a business owner that operates at a high level...basically that's #CEO status, creating true freedom and a business running at its most optimal efficiency without me being involved in every aspect on a daily basis.
