Not to long ago I was in a very bad place financially. Every month I could barely scrape by many times with less than $500 in my bank accountant. Creditors harassing me daily, house foreclosed, car repossessed and a mountain of financial stress staring me in the face. Instead of dwell on my problems I decided to take accountability for my life and began to claw my way back. Step by step, sleepless night after sleepless night, book by book and deal by deal learning major lessons along the way: hard work pays off, there will be disappointments, empty promises, failure, friends lost, opportunity won and lost, small wins, big wins, major breakthrough, accumulation of priceless knowledge thru self education, many partners, mentors and friends, family and above all God who carries us thru these ups and downs. This is what I feel like currently. I am in the process of tapping into my brain power which stores 10+ years of real estate knowledge in every aspect imaginable and transferring this knowledge to my COO it's like transferring a huge file onto a new computer some data gets processed and downloaded fast, some takes longer because it's a bigger file and some goes straight into the trash can...lol. It's exciting to see how your vision can start to take shape once you decide to manifest it and take action...it's a process but once you can find a great Integrator to take your vision and implement it thru core values, process, accountabilities and procedures it's a true game changer. Rant⁉️: this is the problem with people today. Everyone wants something for nothing. Alert 🚨 the world doesn't owe you anything! See posted example: When given an opportunity to invest in himself and his business he told me "it was not in his budget" this is a clear indication of someone who does not value himself or his growth therefore his business will never grow since his mindset is simpleton. And that is ok because success is not for everyone. But what prompted this rant was then he tried to be slick and replace the word "give" with "share" ...so you would like me to "share" aka "give for free" my proprietary mail piece that I only got because I decided to get serious about my business and invested serious $$$ to level up with a mentor and a group of high level investors across the country who take their business seriously and would never ask anyone for a "handout" ...the truth is if you want to achieve high level success in any business and you want to learn the inside secrets, process, techniques and inside relationships you have to pay for it! Nobody cares about you, how cool you are, or how nice you are...the minute you have your hand out you get shut out! The minute you figure out your biggest investment is yourself, That is the moment opportunities will begin to open up for you 100x over...NOT because you paid money. But because you have separated yourselves from the sheep and proven that you are serious about yourself, your business, you are going to take action, and your money is where your mouth is...just being real here folks...ask any successful person you know and it's highly likely they have invested a lot of money to a coach, mentor or consultant. Just thinking about how blessed I am, and at the same time trying to dig deeper and find out what it is I want to change. The challenge is How do we live a complete life where are aspects are optimal health, wealth, family, spiritually, etc it's these questions that make me want to make and identify changes I want to keep driving at a high level.
