Taking one of them out early will automatically alert them. What you need to do is blink down below first, choke the last hoodlum in the back then emidiately press F after to catch him so you can blink out of there.

Place the body in the bushes, then shoot the other two safely with the tranquilizer dart. If you've done this correctly the thugs wont suspect you, nor will they ever be counted as a kill.

A few friends asked me how to get past this part of the game this cause they got stuck somehow (lol). That's why i decided to create this video and share it with you bros.
