💚🈺🈴2DS Hong Kong🈴🈺💚 The 2D piece I promised is finally here. Did this while working in between stuffs. This was an idea I mentioned awhile back. 😍 This piece is heavily inspired by the song Hong Kong from D Sides. Essentially in the year 2007 2D has begun to wander the world partly looking for himself and winds up in Hong Kong. The other part is in my head canon 2D needs continuity in his life due to his head trauma. With Noodle and the others gone he’s fallen out of his normality in life and is having a hard time figuring out what he should do next. Hong Kong is a big part of the Gorillaz tours and it’s a sort of familiarity that can give 2D a bit of relief from all that’s happened. The background is a modified pic taken from a stock source that was sadly stolen. I tried really hard to find the original photographer but was unable to. The credit goes to them for that.
