i think phantom would have "catch phrases" of a sort....
if he hears an explosion or screaming where he is not present he'll say "jingle jangle let's see what's been mangled"
if he is about to use exploding bullet/bomb he'll say "time for a finale" (this works as a way to warn party members to back off because he doesn't care if they get hurt since that's of the risk of fireworks..... people get hurt move or face a consequence)
