Here's a flower my lab partner drew with the pGlo transformed E. coli, fluorescing under a UV flashlight.

And here's my unknown (almost definitely E. coli) bacteria growing on Eosin-Methylene Blue agar. Look how shiny!

I took a video to show how shiny it was, but apparently the way I did it was by jerking my camera around, so it's a bit dizzying to watch. But it's under the cut if you want to see! (In bad gif form.)
