WAIT A FUCKING SECOND
so if im reading this right, meteors were coming no matter what. so the game didnāt actually initiate the end of the world as i thought it did, it was a game that somehow KNEW the world was going to end so it allowed others to help it? for a selected few to survive? those who played the game had to go through tasks in order to save themselves from the impending doom.
holy shit that actually makes sense. the only thing that doesnāt make sense is how did the game KNOW the end was coming?
that also means that those who never heard the game, or havenāt been bothered to play it, are basically doomed. as rose said:Ā āwe were always doomed through our collective ignorance, and now further doomed by those few who knowā. meaning that the people who KNOW are causing the ones who donāt know or donāt play, to basically die. considering the players could potentially be the only ones to survive the apocalypse with all their tools and shit they got while actually playing the game. im guessing its worldwide in that case, since she said āworldā and not just their specific town. im also guessing not many people get through the whole alchemiter/crux shit/lathe process bc its not exactly tic tac toe here, it has so much more to it. and im guessing thats why rose said what she had said before, the walkthroughs from others seem to be incompleted at the point before the meteor, written a few days ago on top of that, and thus have not been updated since. gathering the meteors basically take a good time period in the day and not 3 whole days in itself, they probably failed and never reached theĀ āendā point of their own game to survive.
and im guessing johns one of the first to enter the actual game, surviving the meteor attack through that apple and the whole process before it.
i love that so much. shits creative and my boys alive im presuming! but hereās the bad part:
TG GET UR FUCKING SHIT TOGEthER AND PLAY U UTTER WHACKJOB ILY AND DONT U DARE THINGĀ āOH IM NOT GONNA PLAY IT BLABLABLAā BC I STGGGGGgGGGGGGGG
and i really hope im right when i say this because that took a lot of my brain cells to figure it out through these 249 pages.
