Positivity Week Day 1
What do I like about these guys and why did I subscribe to them? Oh boy letās see~
Jackās a wonderful person to watch generally! Heās energetic, heās optimistic, heās thoughtful, heās empathetic, and he cares very much about the community that heās built up. Heās a great role model to look up to, and yet, out of the three, heās also the youngest one (in years and career) to be doing this. You see, heās the definition of hard work and great attitude can get you very far. Heās also the fastest growing one out of these three, and like Felix always say about him, heās one of the kindest person on YouTube, as well! Heās a humble person, and he made sure to never forget the journey that took him this far, the journey that we all took with him. I love that he takes the time to always connect with us, and the fact that he always take the time to talk to us and answer question results in a firm grip on his community, the community thatās well-known for its incredible kindness that reflects Jack as a person himself. Itās also through this connection that weāre constantly reminded that Jack is a person just like us, and thus, we need to treat him like a human: with respect. Overall, he definitely deserves the 14 million subscribers right now, and I will continue to support whatever endeavors he chooses to face (like now. Iām rooting for ya, Jack!)
Next up, Mark! Oh gosh, truth be told, whatever Iāve managed to put down on here will not suffice the whole experience I had with him during JUST these past two months that Iāve been in these YouTuber fandoms. Simply put, Markās a complicated person and an enigma for me to understand. Heās also the source of all of my exasperation, even more so than Felix ever will be. But, despite all of that, if you ask if I will continue to stick by him for these months and years to come, I will give a firm yes. Heās managed to won me over, and truth be told, there were times where my views of Mark were less than stellar compared to right now. It was one hell of a rollercoaster on my ride with Mark, but I do not regret any moment of it. This man is an amazing human being, and to be honest, while he also has his flaws like the rest of us human beings (as he has come to admit often), his better qualities are something to admire greatly. Iām just so proud of him for all of the charities that he does for the betterment of the world, especially this last one where he managed to rally the viewers to raise $50,000 PLUS in just an HOUR; Itās no wonder heās also known as one of the most generous YouTubers! I could say more, but right now, just know, itās been only two months, and yet, it feels like Iāve been watching him for much longer than that. Iāve learn so much about Mark, and Iāve cried with him when he allowed his emotions to leak through for a video.
Finally, Felix. Believe it or not, Iāve also fell in love with some of Felixās quality as a YouTuber and as a person. As a YouTuber, he does well for the position that he holds! Heās raised charities, and he also put together some events and specials for our entertainment. As the most subscribed YouTuber right now, I say he did his job well, and Iāll be honest. Better him having the seat of most influence (as the most subscribed YouTuber) than some other YouTubers. And thatās not to say he doesnāt have any admirable qualities, because he DOES. Felix, I say as a person, is very genuine when it comes to the times that it mattered. I know Felix knows that YouTubers (especially him) are gaining even more influence everyday (if the drama right now doesnāt diminish that...), and with this overblown drama, Iām sure he also realized with Mark that he has a duty of sorts. Iāll elaborate more on this on Day 6, but know, that I think he fully understands just how severe his job is. What he says and does matters, and with millions of people having their eyes on him daily, he needs to constantly be more self-conscious of his actions. Beyond this, he, too, is an amazing person. Again, heās done charities, and heās overall a very well-managed person in spite of the many duties that heās acquired over the years as founder of Revelmode and such... Even so, weāre called to remember that he, too, is human just like all of us. Time and time again, the vlogs and talks that he does with us reminds us that heās vulnerable to questions and concerns in life, too. In fact, they highlight the fact that his position as the Queen Elizabeth of YouTube is not a comfortable seat. Being a YouTuber for a living, in fact, is not a chill job for anyone AT ALL. But hey, itās through these hardships that he reminds us of his genuineness and honesty as a person. Heās not afraid AT ALL to call out BS when he sees fit (the media) and Iām sure heās not afraid to point something out for a person. Heās genuine as a creator, and thatās something to admire.
This post got way too out of hand Iām sorry lol, but if youāre wondering whereās the part that I mention why I subscribed to them, this is it. I donāt mainly see these guys as creators, but in fact, more like people behind screens. I see past the content that they put through, and I watch out for their character and personality. I can see that theyāre all generally good people, and thatās why I subscribed to them.Ā
Positivity Week - Day One
Idea from this lovely person and their post!
Okay, day one!
āWhat made you subscribe/what do you like about Mark/Jack/Felix?ā
Well, I havenāt subscribed to Felix, because again, his style justĀ doesnāt click with me. Ā I still support him and respect him for what he does, however. Ā I like how heās willing to push boundaries, yet still be able to realize when heās in the wrong and apologize for it. Ā Heās also a good person, and I respect him a lot.
I technically didnāt subscribe to Mark or Jack until recently, as I didnāt have the account to do so, but Iāve been watching their videos regularly since February of last year (one year here woot!).
I found Mark first, through friends that had been telling me to check out his channel. Ā I believe the first video series of Markās (possibly even the first video) that I watched was his Slime Rancher series. Ā I absolutely loved it, and him. Ā His hair was still blue back then, and he was wearing his turtlenecks and his sweaters and such. Ā He was funny, nice, and he had a great voice too. Ā Iāve been watching ever since. And heāsĀ from the bestest state ever, Ohio. Ā Who needs LA when you have Cincinnati, amirite? Ā He also has ideals and ideas that I share, and heās not afraid to state them.
Side note - I met the glorious, beautiful, and awesome @ed0398 through Mark. Ā We were sitting next to each other in 8th grade science class, bored out of our minds because while the teacher was awesome (bless u Mr. Lord), he had to go over things we already knew. Ā Ellie and I got to talking, and somehow Mark came up, and boom new best friend. Ā Weāve been besties ever since! Ā Love ya, bud. :3
I found Jack either through Ellie or through Mark, I canāt remember which. Ā If it was through Ellie, then she told me about the channel in science class and then I went and looked at it at home. Ā If it was through Mark, I was probably watching a collab video of some sort and I was likeĀ āwhoās this green-haired dude???????ā and clicked on his channel and then boomĀ jacksepticeye. Ā Either way, I found Jackās channel and loved it almost as quickly as I loved Markās channel. Ā Heās loud, heās funny, and an all-around great guy. Ā Heās quick-witted and chipper, and he always brightens up my day.
Okay! Ā Day one done! Ā Six more to go! Ā I just hope that this spreads at least a little positivity around!
See ya at day two!
~Tali
Positivity Week
Day 1: What made you subscribe/ What do you like? The first I found was Mark and man I'm glad I did. Because of him I found Jack and then Pewds (Well I knew pewds for a while I just didn't watch it). The thing i like the most is their positivity and energy they give to their communities. And of course all the streamings they do for charity, they give so much love to their fans and the world. Thank you guys so much for being there for us, now it's our turn to return the favor :3

Positivity week
Yeah, why the hell not? I'm participating in this.
Day 1: What made you subscribe? What do you like about Mark/Jack/Felix?
Mark: Well, I remember first watching Mark around January 2014 though I didnāt sub to him until July that same year (wanted to make sure). He seemed really goofy and silly. Even though I was by no means an expert on games (and Iām still not), I liked how he broke down certain things about them. I also thought he was pretty funny, too. But I also loved that he was kind, genuine, and sincere with everything he did and seemed to care about his fans overall.
Jack: Mmmm, letās seeā¦.I first saw Jack in a GMOD sandbox collab he did with Mark in April 2015. I didnāt really watch any of his videos and the only ones of him that I daw were ones where he collabed with Mark, Bob, Wade, and a few others. Then I think sometime in fall 2015, I started watching him more, though I donāt remember why. Needless to say, I loved his enthusiasm, his humor (ācause heās fuckinā hilarious), his in-game sass, heās VERY whimsicalā¦but I also loved that he was altruistic and on the up-and-up. So, I subbed to him October 2015.
Pewds: Now Pewds is a bit of a different story. Tbh?ā¦..I actually used to hate him. Truth be told at this point, if you asked me why I hated him, I wouldnāt be able to tell you because I donāt remember why I did. But I remember when I first saw him. It was around the time Slender man first came around (I wanna say that was 2012?) and I remember seeing a lot of shit drawn on deviantart with the monster INCLUDINGā¦..a blonde guy with headphones on running from him. Someone had a link in one of the art descriptions and I watched this swedish guy scream to high heaven during the video. I didnāt know who he was at that point and continued on during the years. It was my friend, Sunny, and my own curiousity about things heās done that made me stop hating him. While Iām not subbed to Pewds, I watch his videos from time to time. Heās VERY zany and bizarre. His humor IS kinda out there, but most of it is cool with me (sans the latest debacle). But I respect his honesty and how he owns up to his mistakes. In a way, I kinda view him as the Chaotic good of Youtube and heās a pretty nice guy. The persona isnāt him and I feel a lot of people think itās the same thing.
saw this going around so,Ā Positivity Week #1
Day 1: What made you subscribe/what do you like about Mark/Jack/Felix? (imma do all three lmao) When i first went on youtube it was for tutorials that eventually lead to Minecraft videos.Ā The game Undertale had recently went out, so i heard about it but wasnt really interested. After around 3 months after the release i decided to watch a play through. Leading to finding JackSepticEyeās channel. Haha, i never expected that green hair man to ever mean so much to me. So i started mainly watching him, i learned more and it was great.Ā I also heard about Markiplier from time to time, not really often cus im in Italy but occasionally on the internet.Ā Well, i thought he was aĀ ābadā person and not really cool. Butttt i proved myself extremely wrong when i actually started watching him. I found two of the coolest people iāve ever known.Ā The things that make Mark and Sean mean so much to me is mainly their personality, kind, caring, they really are one of a kind. Encouraged me to be a better person. Even when times rough.. jack, mark. We believe in you, you guys are awesome im sorry for all the crap you guys are getting. We love ya guys. With Felix itās a bit weird, of course i know him but i dont really like him? like i know heās not bad and stuff just he isnt the type of youtuber i watch anymore. Still, i heard from him by Jack and Mark, i saw a few videos, i know that heās a good person underneath all those jokes and gossip. I believe that he can be a good person on camera to.
Positivity Week :)
This idea came from this lovely person and their post!
What it is that itās similar to the Boss Week thing that happened a few weeks ago, just so we can spread positivity in this confusing and hateful time in the community.
Thereās a SUPERSEPTIC version, a SUPERIPLIER version, and a Pewdssupport version. Ā Iāll try to answer all three of them the best I can, but since Iām not a regular viewer of Felixās content, there wonāt be as much for him on here. Ā That doesnāt mean that I donāt support him! Ā I support him, and give him credit for what he does. Ā His style of videos simply doesnāt click with me. Ā Yet I still respect him, and will give him positivity through all of this.
There are seven days in this, and Iām almost too late to do day one, but not quite yet. Ā Iāll do each day in a new post, so that way you donāt have to scroll for so long to either see the new edition to the week or just to skip the post entirely if thatās not something you want to see.
Positivity Week, here I come!
