I actually prefer the demo version of this song that TSG put up on hxcmp3.com years ago. While I do like the whistles in this version, I was more into the spoken "I bet you bruise like a grapefruit, I bet you'll bleed like a pig." Even though this track was off of an EP called Pervavor that never got released, it is (was?) supposed to be be released along with their debut EP, Cuddlemonster, together on vinyl and they were also supposed to put out a new album. Whatever happened to these? My guess is that Jon Karel is super busy and not finding a lot of time to fulfill obligations to a tech/grind/metalcore band from 2004 with a small cult following. Don't get me wrong, I love The Sawtooth Grin. In fact, there are very few live videos of them and there is a full set of them playing at a skatepark in Florida. That set was filmed on my video camera (I was in the crowd, my friend stayed on top of the half pipe to video it for me).
