Personaloids can't reproduce. Their genetic material are deemed useless of creating an embryo.
Additional facts: Isuma may be the father of the Iryoku family but he didn't create Michi, Naomi's child. He married Naomi when Michi was still three years old. Michi's real father is already dead(He died on his way to the hospital when Naomi was giving birth.)
The thing is, Isuma is Naomi's personaloid. He was created ever since she stood up as both father and mother to her child. Naomi never knew her real husband died. All she knew is that he was missing, until she saw Isuma a year after, who looked exactly like her dead husband.
