It’s actually insane how evil my managers are. They want to track every single mistake we make no matter how small, and were devastated to learn a lot of our “mistakes” are glitches in the system or because a consumer edited information after we interacted with it.
“How will we track mistakes?!” One angrily protested when I mentioned information can change after we see it.
Then when multiple people point out that the program also deletes our notes and codes sometimes and another of my managers will lie and gaslight you about it. Jumping between “That doesn’t happen. You probably forgot to hit save.” And “How will we know if you’re making this mistake or the program??” He also will word diarrhea anytime he doesn’t understand something and went on some spiel about how we need to restart our PCs every day (I already do this, this is not a PC issue, he thinks he sounds smart).
They seem so genuinely upset about not being able to get an accurate count of our mistakes and not at all concerned that our program is insanely buggy and associates are getting “mistakes” logged for things beyond our control.
Fucking cartoon villains.
