let me outline a problem i am facing and then suggest a solution
context: in an ideal world i would always be in the process of drinking tea while sitting at my desk. 24/7 tea is what i want. it is extremely soothing to me.
problem: i cannot draw while drinking tea. i am also an incredibly slow beverage drinker. therefore when i have a cup of tea i commit myself to 45 minutes of no art. if i try and juggle my priorities by setting my mug off to the side for the occasional sip i will forget it's there 100% of the time. the tea has to be directly in front of me (where my art tablet would usually be). i don't want to choose between tea and art. i would love for my hands/desk to be free whilst also having tea constantly available.

went to a convention dressed completely normal (not even a fandom shirt) so expectation of being perceived was of course zero, but the sweetest person complimented my eyeliner out of nowhere???? when that's the thing i've been trying to get comfortable with over the last year or so???? wah
