So throughout my life I've noticed a trend which is I always leave a place right when things are good and could possibly get better. With the lone exception of graduating HS from JHHS, this trend seems to hold true. I mean I left Austin TX right before I entered MS where I would be with all my friends from elementary, continue to play soccer and/or football and one day play for my future HS in a big stadium right next to my old home. Then I left HS for TAMS right at one of the peaks of my tennis career, I did well enough to where I would def had a chance to go to regionals, had I kept up with USTA I would have probably become a super for boys 16s and probably be playing college tennis now. Then I left TAMS right at probably one of the best summers of my life, leaving some close friends, some of whom I never talk to nowadays. Had I stayed I would have published more, at least had the chance to submit for Siemens and probably do a few other things as well. So now I'm at the present and due to changes of interest I'am planning on transferring out of UTD to either UT or A&M. And I can't help but see how great I have it here socially and to an extent academically. I mean joining VSA has been one of the best decisions that I have made this school year. I am so happy for the friends I have made and the opportunities that have presented themselves to me and as I plan on leaving I just can't help but see the past repeating itself only with a different coat of paint this time. I mean if I stay there is a good chance I would become an officer of VSA possibly sports coordinator and that would mean I would be a parents of a family next year and things would be awesome but instead I'm leaving. I'll admit there are days when I wish I could stay but alas the future is important.
