my keto haul lol

i find it very challenging to find low sugar/no sugar chocolate in my town is so when i found this i felt so happy. it has 12g carb (minus 2 dietary fiber) for the whole bar! it it has no sugar but it does has maltitol as a sweetener substitute tho, which is quite high in glycemic index list. so i mostly just eat this if i have super craving of sweets and i limit it like 2 pieces per day.

so i also bought almond milk to to substitute dairy milk which i used to love so much. honestly milk was my comfort food and i could finish a whole carton in one sitting. it almost felt like an addiction. i figure the reason why is because the amount of sugar in those milk contained so it was just like any other carbs-full food that makes you want to eat more and more. i decided to give almond milk a try and honestly i love it. it has  10g of carb per 400ml but i always like to dilute 100ml of it in some plain water (pls don’t judge i love drinking milk that way lol)
