What is also unfair is how desperately thirsty you are after throwing up but if you drink you throw up again. But of course you have drink something and try as hard as you can to keep the meds down so the vicious cycle can stop.

Now I just got to wind down and let myself rest tomorrow. Nothing but rest, maybe a short dog walk. I have been overdoing it too much without properly resting and I want to enjoy fall. We’ll actually be going back to NH in just over two weeks for a fall arts and crafts fair Lincoln, NH. I almost thought I couldn’t go depending on when my next pain appt is, but it happens a few days before so it’s perfect.
