1. im not great at having a consistent commission schedule - your best bet might be to turn on notifications for when i post on tumblr although im also planning to give people a heads up next time (like ‘comms opening in 3 days on x date y time’)

2. it depends on the background! i dont do them very often (i should djfdfgdgf) so i wouldnt want to send you something i didnt think was decent, but it’s something im open to discussing!

1) I have a 3-year-old dog. He’s an absolute wild noodle and most people who meet him assume he’s still a puppy/junior. Nice excuse, but no, he’s just got some doggy equivalent of ADHD. He’s incredibly cute though (I mean, which dog isn’t? But even for a dog, he’s extremely cute. The first time our local Italians saw him, they shouted after us: che bello!).

2) I suck at almost all sporty activities I can think of. Speed walks with the said dog are the maximum I’m capable of. There were once times when I hoped it might change, but they’re long gone now.

3) I’m turning 31 soon and I still feel like if I was fresh out of high school. It’s like if since I was ca. 16 my brain stopped registering the passage of time and was now mixing everything into one, ‘adult life’ category. Yes, I see the 16-year-old me as an adult (meaning: a reasonable creature, not necessarily someone with a job).

Deidre loves reading romance stories, and has attempted to write a few of her own. She never quite finished one of her own stories before, but enjoys daydreaming about them.

She loves dancing, though only with people she knows well. Being close to and touching a stranger has never been something she's comfortable with.

She enjoys her upper/upper middle class life thoroughly, but thinks she would be better suited for a simpler life. In reality, this couldn't be further away from the truth: she wouldn't be able to live without servants, a large library, or the freedom to do as she pleases -- within the boundaries that society has set for her.

She's a friendly girl and doesn't usually show anything but that side of her. Deidre can, however, become very angry at times. It's absolutely not advisable to be around her then, because all her built up frustrations come out to be vented at who- or whatever set her off.

Let's see... three facts about myself.

I frequently (a few times a year) have random periods of time in which my knee starts to hurt for no reason. It's annoying, but also rather funny because I partially turn into an old lady. Whenever I bend my knees someone has to help me get up because can't get up by myself lol.

I'm going to start a part-time job in September and I'm really excited about it! I got the call that they've decided to take me on yesterday!

1. I have a novel plot pinned to the cork board in my room.

...and I haven't written the story yet. I came as far as 7k words before getting distracted lol. I'm going to return to it, because I really want to write this story, which is exactly why the plot is still on my cork board.

2. My Pinterest is filled with character moodboards.

Some of them are from at least 4 years ago, too! I still pin to some of the old ones occasionally, and spent the last few days working on a new board for a story I'm currently developing. It's surprising to see how much Pinterest can help me find character inspiration sometimes :)

3. I have a huge stack of old vinyls I never listen to.
