So. It’s an Isekai. Starts with a girl dying and being brought back in another world. Only this time, something’s wrong… She’s always incredibly hungry!

As she travels, trying to figure out what kind of place she’s in, she runs into common folk just living their lives, but before she can get a lot of information out of them, she winds up swallowing them! The odd thing is, it never shows on her body, like she made them disappear.

At first, she’s mortified at herself, but she gets over it, and starts focusing on how good everyone tastes!

Soon, she’s eating people for fun wherever she goes. And she’s getting better at doing it faster than most can react. Before long, she finds a village and depopulates it in a single day, never getting bigger (though maybe she wants to)…

Suddenly, something crawls up her throat! Despite her efforts to swallow it back down, it fights over long hours and, at last, makes its way out of her mouth.

She’s stunned, however, to see a Faerie, because she doesn’t remember ever eating one of those! Well, it turns out, she ate it by accident when she first dropped into the world!

The Faerie figured out how to magically supercharge her hunger from inside, and up until now, that is the reason why the girl has been so ravenous, to the point of cannibalism!

But! Twist #2! Turns out, there’s a whole planet’s worth of space inside her, compressed to a micro level in her stomach! And this coincides with an ancient prophecy that says the world will be saved when it is devoured by a benevolent goddess! Which, is her!

Everyone she’s eaten is still alive, making a new life, deep in her belly! And now, a holy order has sprung up in her tummy that uses magic to keep her hungry, so that she eats the whole world population and brings them to “Heaven,” aka her stomach!

But why, then, did the Faerie climb out? Wasn’t their plan working?

Well…

TWIST #3! It seems there’s another wrinkle to the prophecy! Apparently, she will also devour a Demon who will destroy Heaven unless it is defeated! And it turns out, one of the random women she ate started a dark magic cult somewhere in her belly after she got eaten, and has been consumed by a need to plunge their new home into darkness and pain! She wants to go through a ritual where she gets digested, so she can merge with the goddess and corrupt her, so that all the people she eats gets digested, too!

And the Faerie has to lead her to a hero that can stop the Demon, which is why she escaped, because this girl has to listen to her and find the Chosen One and EAT THEM!

I know it’s only like. Me and five other people who like this scenario. But man, just

you get swallowed, and for the rest of your life, you have to experience the life of someone else going on around you as you get a front-row seat from inside them. You were a meal, but you were just filling. Literally not even empty calories. You contributed nothing except inches on their waistline, a tummy that won’t go away because your body is too stubborn to do what food is supposed to.

Nothing you do to get attention breaks through. Are they ignoring you, or are they truly ignorant of your place in their body? (Extra funny if, logically, they absolutely should be able to sense you, but they just don’t for some reason. Idiot preds <3)

And as a reward for surviving stomach acids and constant churning, you get to witness someone who never cared about you (or maybe they got to know you/grew up with you/told you they loved you) move on as soon as you pass their lips. You’re still here! But that’s it. Game over. And you can’t even quit and start a new file.

An eternity, stuck in a gut, wishing for digestion just to break up the monotony, but knowing that it’ll never happen. You were eaten. And they forgot you.

Whenever her house needs to be cleaned for visitors, she parts her jaws and her maid comes crawling out, already in her uniform. When she’s done, the pred simply opens her mouth again, and lets her maid disappear inside.

Imagine all the angels scouring the earth, looking for their missing Lady, and even though She can communicate with them, God chooses not to because it’s too embarrassing for Her to admit She got gobbled up like a sandwich by a blasphemous mortal who basically forgot about it instantly and it’s even worse because She. Can’t get out, for some reason.

Meanwhile, Her mortal creation just goes about her life with God trapped in her stomach, having totally forgotten about what she did, even though she’s never hungry again. God tries talking to her a few times through dreams, visions, and literally talking to her out loud from inside her belly, but the woman just assumes it’s hallucinations and goes to therapy and her prescriptions actually WORK, and God can’t talk to her after that.

It takes the woman’s whole mortal life passing before God can make her exit, only upon the passing of the woman’s soul from her body, which allows God, for some reason, to escape her empty shell. It wasn’t that long for an immortal being, considering how short human lives are, but She doesn’t look forward to explaining everything to her Heavenly Host. She returns to Heaven to get back to business as usual.

And the woman is standing there, waiting to be judged. They lock eyes. The woman licks her lips.
