So in work I had to tape out a one-way system for visitors. My first attempt was straightforward - in through one door, past the reception desk, out through the other door.Ā
But EstatesĀ couldnāt immediately source a sneezeguardĀ to fit our existing reception desk, so my manager made me tape out a new, much more complicated one-way system, around some pillars to a temporary reception desk much deeper in in the office. And so far, even though weāve been open more than a week and people have definitely come in through the front door, no-oneās made it all the way through to reception.Ā Ā Ā
So now Iām starting to worry that Iāve inadvertently taped out a Koch Snowflake, and any visitors weāve had are trapped inside and running out of food. Iām thinking of tying a rope round the waist of one of the security guards and sending him in after them - because yesterday a custom sneezeguard was delivered, my manager wants me to tear up the one-way system, and anyone still inside it will vanish.Ā
