Nothing is the ONLY thing that lasts forever. That goes for everything. And anything.
Don't see nothing as a disappointing absence. See it as a potential perhapsibility.
Besides nothing, forever itself lasts forever. At least, it has so far. But if it turns out it won't, then obviously, neither will nothing. And if nothing ceased to exist that would really be something. At least it would be, if only someone was around to notice. (Which makes me wonder: if nothing is witnessed by nobody, does it sound like a forest?)
