1993й.. Республика Казахстан принимает конституцию, Россия активно запускает на орбиту космические корабли. Между многими странами заключаются дипломатические отношения, а Чехословакия распадается на Чехию и Словакию. В США кипит политическая деятельность, а на телеканале NBC вышла в эфир последняя, 2137я, серия сериала «Санта-Барбара». В этот же год, 29 ноября, банда британских хард-рокеров "Motörhead", уже успевшая здорово прогреметь на разных континентах, выпускает свою 11ю студийную пластинку "Bastards". В скором времени после выхода альбома, "Bastards" был оценен, как одна из наиболее сильных работ коллектива, так как отличался не только уже более тяжелой, быстрой музыкой по сравнению с прежде вышедшими"1916" и “March ör Die" но и различной тематикой песен. 6м трэком становится песня "Don’t Let Daddy Kiss Me", автором которой является вокалист группы Иэн Фрейзер Килмистер (Ian Fraser Kilmister) или же более известен, как Лемми (Lemmy). Лирика тяжелой баллады раскрывает тему сексуального насилия над детьми, а в частности совершения данного преступления в семейном кругу. Текст композиции повествует о маленькой девочке, переживающей насилие, которое совершает ее же отец во время отсутствия матери.
