It’s texts and conversations like this with my kids that light me up with joy! I love seeing her feel and be proud of herself because it all comes from her and what she wanted. I didn’t push her or tell her she had to. I offered a study suggestion, but she took the initiative and did the work. The result was on her. One thing I did stress was that it never has to be perfect nor do I ever expect this.
