I'm really starting to ship PerfectSpace/StarStudent/SpaceHeroes.
Is it the most toxic ship? Yeah, probably.
But I am such a sucker for Ocean going through character development. And I always imagine them falling for one another as she improves as a person. Like she first starts treating him with decency, seeing him for who he is, thinking of him in a new light. He flirts with her initially to annoy her, then because he likes seeing her get flustered. He is willing to forgive, not forget, as long as she is trying to be better. He helps her relax. She learns respectful ways to support and help him. He facilitates her growth and inspires her to be better. She bolsters his faith in humanity as she becomes better.
And they are both totally freaked out and confused to realize they have feelings for one another. So when they do become a thing or whatever, they have a relationship of mutual respect and a healthy give/recieve situation.

ocean x ricky can work if he asserts himself and she goes through massive character development!
ricky being savanah also helps, since ocean’s easily perceived as a repressed lesbian. Maybe sav being so out there and calm and genuine can sort of challenge ocean’s ideas of what she wants to be, since the girl she loves is so different to her -> even more character growth

So it's the headcannon that Ocean is lesbian, and dated Ricky for a couple months to try and prove to others (and herself) that she's straight
And then they broke up
Like, I don't think they're an actual good ship
But I feel like it's something Ocean would do

unpopular but honest opinion, rosenpotts/perfectspace could be a good ship if ocean had MAJOR and i mean MAJOR character development and ricky warmed up to her and just stayed ricky

I get why a lot of people do not like perfectspace but I watched a video explaining why another person did and it converted me. I am also scared to be too open about it because I have seen people be incredibly hostile over it (like threatening someone because they implied they shipped it hostile) But I think they could be cute if Ocean's effort to change went far enough.
