Ok so, I’m unsure if anyone is like me on this but i felt like this puts things into perspective. I did a 10min correction cos, looking at this old piece, i got frustrated cos its not what I remembered i had painted 🤣 i felt cheated by the gap between reality and my perception at the time. This is what it looked like to me when I originally finished it. If you have any of your own examples of what you thought you painted vs what you painted at the time tag me, I’d love to see. 😊 EDIT: 10-20min. Didnt time it & i feel its less than 20 but who knows when you draw and lose sense of time. That being said it was still fast as i knew exactly how “I remembered” it looking and knew what to correct. Knowing where you are going with it is key to speed.
