Soon, her early afternoon alarm rang, the classic Beatles song "Here Comes the Sun" stirring her awake.

The first thing Cyn did was blink her bright red eyes open, the bright sun rays slightly dimmed by her yellow curtains.

Cyn always tended to move in her sleep and obviously her stuffed caramel-colored bunny she slept with moved along with her. Somehow, her bunny wound up at the foot of the plush violet bed, Cyn having to sit up to see it. She slightly smiled when she saw it, her tongue feeling sticky with that gross morning mouth when she did.

Her green hair protruded in all different directions and her eyes were riddled with crusty sleep, Cyn having a bad habit of rubbing her eyes and making them water before she went to sleep.

Giving a soft kitten-like yawn, Cyn leaned back, her back giving a nice pop before she finally got up out of bed. When she went past the living area to her kitchen while the floor gave a few creaks with ever step, she heard a soft tweet. She also felt a soft peculiar warm breeze.

Cyn scoffed at herself, looking up at the top of the furthest wall, seeing a familiar little yellow bird standing on one of the wooden beams and looking right down at her. She forgot to close the window again last night, accidently letting little Soup inside again. Always forgetful, she is.

"C'mere, silly." She said quietly with her raspy morning voice, cracking a smile before holding a hand up for Soup to fly down and land on.

Giving the little bird a few affectionate scratches on her tiny black stripes on her back before letting her out through the window, Cyn gently shut it, watching Soup's bright yellow feathers pop against the hazy blue sky as she flew.

Now it's time for Cyn's usual morning hot chocolate. It was her version of coffee, making her feel like an adult whenever she drank it after she wakes up. With the birds chirping outside as background noise for her, Cyn hummed to herself as she checked the then confirmed still-good milk and fetched the powder packet, two boxes of those milk chocolate packets in one of her cupboards.

She wouldn't dare heating her milk up in the microwave, so she heat it in a small pan above the stove, afterwards mixing in the chocolate and taking a satisfactory sip.

Giggling at herself like a child, she lifted up her shoulders to be taller and put on a stern face; the one of an adult. "Not now honey, I'm drinking my coffee." She said to herself in a silly deep dad voice.

She then leaned herself down, relaxing and letting her legs spread a little. "Now now, sweetie, mommy's got her coffee and morning pills, I'll be right there to watch Clifford the Big Red Dog with yoouuu." She said in a slightly higher mom voice, swinging her hips around while she took a few steps.

Laughing at herself as she finally made herself comfy on her long plush couch, she look a sip of her "coffee," licking her lips afterwards when some had stayed on her upper lip. She hummed in satisfaction at the taste, soon reaching for her television remote, but stopping when she felt a small presence on the end of the couch and feeling some fluff next to her ankles.

"Jingllllles." She cooed, her still-chocolate-covered lips curling into a smile. "Don't scare me like that." She giggled, patting the space beside her chest.

The little caramel-colored bunny heard his name and felt the soft pats of beckoning, crawling over to Cyn and nuzzling his unbelievably soft fur into her arm. She couldn’t help but giggle, thinking his fur on her inner arm tickled.

Turning onto her side to see what was on TV this morning and snuggling Jingles close with her right arm, she daintily held her cup of "coffee" up with her left hand, giving a content sigh.

Saturdays were always the best days.
