nickelsmart is just apart of the IT species n knows of penny so he's just like "hey maybe i could do the clown thing" but he's very new to acting human...so he's just extremely off

pennynice is,,,,nice, yk he doesn't kill people and doesn't eat kids, very sweet...but towards the rest of his murderous peers he kind of thinks he's above/better. also his design is recycled from my old pennywise design w the large bow and ribbon tails ,, isn't he cute??

But still hope you enjoy this little thing! I adore him sm he is just SO comforting AND SO breathtaking compared to the og Pennywise (wich I still adore and still like to imagine him so out of character tho)
