20 years. From a vet tech to a trainer. From an educational developer, to a manager, to an assistant director. Itโs been an AMAZING ride! I am beyond grateful for my roots at the University of Pennsylvania. My first full time job, where I started my career and where I continue to build my future. I am proud to be working in a field contributing to groundbreaking science and medicine and to know Iโm leading an amazing team. Together we are making a difference in human and animal lives! And to have the opportunity to also help others improve their health and well-being as a group exercise instructor at PennRec only adds to my amazing Penn journey. I bleed red and blue. I am Penn through and through. A Penn alumnus ๐ฉ๐ผโ๐ and a Penn employee ๐ฅ. As I celebrate my 20 year anniversary at a workplace I call home, I reflect on how far I have come and how much I have grown. Iโm a different person than the girl who first entered that Penn campus in 1999. I would not be the person I am today. I would not be continuously striving to be a better leader, to grow, learn and listen, if I did not become part of the Penn community. I am thankful for a career in academia and my experiences as a Penn Quaker! Hereโs to many more years! โค๏ธ๐ . . . . . #universityofpennsylvania #pennpride #workingmom #workingmomlife #workethic #leadership #lovewhatyoudo #ivyleague #philadelphia #20yearsstrong (at University of Pennsylvania) https://www.instagram.com/p/BykNusOlwDc/?igshid=1go8rsmpzrok7
