A Eurasian Penduline Tit was spotted on Sunday at @rspb_love_nature reserve Langford Lowfields . These birds normally live in Eurasia in open country with trees and bushes, ranging from desert to marsh to woodland . They like to feed on reed mace ( that kind of chubby looking reed) which is probably one of the reasons why this specimen ended up at Langford! It is only the third ever seen in Nottinghamshire, so quite an exciting fact for the reserve . . . . . . #pendulinetit #ukbirds #charcoaldrawing #watercolour #inkdrawing #mixedmedia #birds #illustration #rspb_love_nature #langfordlowfields #nottinghamshire #wildelife (at RSPB Langford Lowfields) https://www.instagram.com/p/CIgKlPOlsjy/?igshid=1h6uq7chc1bxy
