I see your point with the ghost rider series thing and might I just point out supernatural? that show does pretty well and they have to do all kinds of edits to people for the eyes and sometimes the shapes or something like that, it could be possible if they kept most of ghost riders opponents to appear human. this is just my thoughts and opinions so sorry if this offends you?
Nah, it doesn’t offend me! It’s possible, but Ghost Rider (be It Johnny or Danny) always had very visually distinctive baddies. Black Heart (which they did the human look for him in the movie and it was just...ugh), Mephisto, Orb (he’s doable, honestly) Lilith and her demonic Children...a lot of Ghost Rider’s rogues are pretty monstrous.
Now...depending on a plot, they could focus more on human foes, with some supernatural beings sprinkled in.
STILL, you have a show where the main character needs to change. That’s where budget becomes an issue. You have to do it digitally...so it becomes a balancing act of trying to find a way to do it quickly (since it’s a TV show) while keeping price down as much as possible, but also putting enough work into it so that it looks good.
