@peachymess requested kid Springles playing cowboy and it was such a cute idea that was so much fun to sketch! Connie got the short end of the stick in terms of horses but he’s making it work. And Sasha’s ditched her shoes so many times that the poor preschool teacher’s given up on trying to make her wear them.

Disadvantages of being fan artist. Yeah, it's 2017 and people still believe that when they find something in the Internet it's nothing wrong with doing with it whatever they want. But I'd tell that I can understand that, especially in case of younger people. I was thinking about it many times. In my opinion, in 21st century copyright should be a basic knowledge for every user and you know where should we learn about this? In school. Just as we get there a basic knowledge on many different fields. I don't know how it looks in other countries, but in Poland we don't know a shit about copyright until we start attending university. And what if one doesn't choose academic education? When I was a kid I used to be just like these reposters. I used to take artworks from deviantArt (without permission) and edit these into a layouts for my blogs. I credited each artist under each layout and was sure it was fair enough. BUT IT WASN'T. But can I really blame my younger self? Can I blame these kids who use artist's works without their permission? Of course there are many who are doing such things on purpose and they are disgusting creatures for me. But still, sometimes a person doesn't know something's wrong with their actions. When I see my work reposted on insta, but tagged as "eveblum on tumblr" I'm not getting mad, I politely ask to remove it or at least tag my IG account and ask for not doing it again in the future. It's super exhausting but I think that (in spite of what I wrote in tags under previous post) I'm going to keep doing it from time to time, hoping that at least some of these people will learn something And as you said, there's also hope in making PSAs, but how many times and how many of them can we still prepare? I don't want to jump into reporting, but if anything will plainly bother me, I'll let you know.
