180.MILES.IN.8.WEEKS. 🚶🏽‍♀️👟 🏅 #PeachStateChallenge . This challenge started on 6/21 and goes through 9/21. I picked the 180 mile level which is a virtual walk up I-85 from the southern Georgia border at Alabama to the northern Georgia border at South Carolina. . When I signed up it was simply something to do during the pandemic. It turned out to be so much more. Walking is a perfect companion to yoga and meditation for me. . A consistent plan to move my body during this pandemic enhanced balance in my life ⚖️. I learned to listen to my body more👂🏽. I learned the difference between resting and quitting 🛑.
