In reply to the previous question - I used to know a girl who worked at Liz Lisa, and no they don't own the clothes. She said the manager chose what everyone wore each day depending on what's new and trending I guess? And what looks good on each girl. They show up with their hair and makeup done and get changed there. But also they can't keep the clothes, they buy stuff like everyone else though they do get a discount.
