A year a go today I was coming back from injury & I decided to challenge myself with @adventrunning & run 25 days in succession! Sadly this year i won't be able to take part, as I give my body time to recover from all the aches & pains I've had! It's almost been 2 months since I've last put my running shoes on to pound the pavements, & boy have I missed it! At first it was good to put my feet up & to rest while I mend myself! But now I'm itching to get back out there, and with the help of @sportingtherapyclinic I hope I'm not too far away from making a comeback with my crew @stillwatersrundeepmcr!
