New 18+ Alterhuman Server For TES Fans
In an isolated location within Morrowind, a group of Yurts were built by the hand of a lone Ashlander. You, traveller, have found that camp, and been offered a seat at the campfire.

The Cahndael Tribe is a fringe Ashlander group in the server founder's personal canon. Founded circa 2E590, it was meant to be the beginning of an ALMSIVI-worshipping Ashlander tradition, with the philosophy that a difference in religious belief should not mean the sacrifice of an entire culture. For now, it remains a place for travellers to rest and recuperate on their journeys.
This server is much the same. A place for the Farseer to build upon their faith and traditions, incorporating parts of Ashlander culture into their own ALMSIVI worship, while bringing together members of the Elder Scrolls spiritual community in a place we can be comfortable to share without the politics and prejudices of the rest of the fandom.
Rest a while, tell us stories of your travels, and be safe. All are welcome here.
Cahndael is an Elder Scrolls themed pagan server for otherkin and pop culture witches/pagans in need of community. Run and themed by an Ashlander who worships the Tribunal. All are welcome, whether passing through, observing or participating.

Hey Storm! If you don't mind me asking, did you deal with imposter syndrome and doubt while making/exploring your Jeweled Court? I'm having some "am I not just reflavoring X deity?" and "can I just add that to their portfolio?" doubts. Do you perhaps have any tips on dealing with that?
xoxo, Fern (baduhennasraven)
Hey Fern~
I still feel that way sometimes when I work with my Court although not very often anymore now that it's been a few years. It sometimes feels like "Oh hey this is hellenic worship with extra steps." but at the same time it's not because they've taken on their own forms/identities separate from others.
What helps me a lot is UPGs (Unverified Personal Gnosis) and the knowledge that I can still be spiritual even if I'm assigning my own meanings to things/Gods (ect) Sure some aspects might be similar but you can still take inspiration from it and apply it in new ways for your own stuff.
I'll use Princess Amethyst as an example:
In the DC Comics Princess Amethyst is actually an earth girl named Amy Winston who on her 13th (??) birthday gets a necklace and the ability to travel to The Gem World where she's aged up into a graceful princess with the power of crystal magic stuff to fight Dark Opal.
Now if someone else was to pick her up as a Pop Culture God they might say she's the Goddess of Realms/Portals/Travel based on her ability to go to new realms, but for me I viewed her element as being over Time.
Technically they'd both be based on the same character but someone else might have different connections to her as they too want to escape to another astral realm or something and might call on her to watch over their travels while they meditate. Neither is wrong, they're just interpreted differently.
That's all you're doing. You're applying your views/life/hopes/dreams to how you want to view your Gods and that's never a bad thing ♥
I do a lot of Zelda-based pop culture spellwork/am a pop culture pagan who works with the Golden Goddesses, so my main (desktop) altar is really heavily inspired by Kakariko Village in Breath of the Wild (straight down to a fake sunset firefly in a jar)
-@rolling-sea 10/10 I LOVE IT
Quite honestly I LOVE seeing your stuff about the Jewelled Court and I honestly am LIVING for it. It just makes me look back to all of my own stuff on a pantheon I had made and go, "Wait we can DO that?!?!"
But in all seriousness I am sitting here just blown away by all of the details you have and how wonderful they all sound. Pop culture paganism in general was not something I ever thought of but it just sounds so cool! Do you have anything you personally found the most beneficial to you with your pantheon? Even with pop culture paganism in general?
Aww thank you! Reading stuff like this makes me happy ♥
.
The thing that's probably helped me the most was ironing out what correspondences I associated with each one. There are a few that overlap: Candles for Lord Ruby (Fire aspect) and The Gold Knight (Light aspect) so some of them had to be nitpicky between who got what. Gold Knight gets lanterns (paper and glass) Lord Ruby gets wax candles. But once I had some of those sorted it got easier to find stuff that reminded me of them and incorporate it into my practices!
I'd say the same can be applied to other Pop Culture Pantheon figures too :)
