Tainted Love | Jimmy & Cleo [camping party]
Jimmy sat solitary in front of the tent. His two 'tent buddies' were nowhere to be seen, probably enjoying themselves in front of the communal fire where most people went to have a drink, a laugh and - when especially tipsy - even a sing-song. As much as James enjoyed spending time with everyone else, given that it probably took his mind off the events of the previous few weeks, it certainly wasn't Jimmy's idea of a fun time. As soon as he'd taken control, he went back over to the empty tent to sit, alone, and muse over everything that had happened. He did regret the shooting, but only because he'd got the wrong girl. Julia now still roamed free, much to his annoyance, and he hadn't even seen her since so he hadn't had the chance to correct his mistake.Â
Now, though, Jimmy's eye was on the lookout for a different girl. Cleo. She knew about what he'd done, and stupidly she was suggesting that James told someone. And even more stupidly, James seemed to be considering the idea. Jimmy didn't have the ability to tell James not to, but he could talk to Cleo. Though talking wasn't what he wanted to do. He wanted to control her, convince her that she couldn't use her knowledge from her silly little psychology course to decide what was best for James. He knew James was blinded by love for this girl, so he'd probably do anything she said. But Jimmy wouldn't do that. He didn't want to hurt her, no... He just wanted to frighten her; scare her enough so that she'd back away. So when he finally saw her move into vision, a few feet away from his tent, he stood up and walked slowly over to her with a small smirk etched onto his face. His expression conveyed no emotion; there was no anger, just blankness as he looked her up and down, his eyes lustful. He needed the two to be alone, in a private place. The tent was perfect.Â
"Cleo..." he started, his voice mimicking the innocent and shy nature of James' to lure her in. "C-Can we go into the tent for a while? I'd like to... Talk." He flashed a small smile and crawled into the tent and waiting for Cleo to join him before he zipped it shut behind them. Jimmy turned to the brunette, their faces and bodies close. "I'm glad I got you alone," he said, his voice now having returned to the low, confident one he possessed. "You've been putting things into James' head, haven't you?"
