I (amazingly) have met two members of the Royal Family. Last year when the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall visited New Zealand I was lucky enough to meet the couple as they make a public appearance on Queen Street in Auckland.
The Duchess of Cornwall walked past and shook my hand, I bowed and greeted her as she moved along, it was wonderful to see her in person.
Shortly after the Prince of Wales came down the line. Much the same as when the Duchess of Cornwall came down the line I bowed and greeted His Royal Highness formally. But unlike the Duchess of Cornwall, to my surprise, he stopped. Right in front of me. We ended up having a small chat and then he moved along.

That is me shaking hands with His Royal Highness. What an amazing day!
I really hope to meet as many other Royal Family members as possible in my life time.
