This Peanut Butter and Jelly Fudge combines the classic flavors of peanut butter and strawberry jelly in a delightful, creamy treat. It's perfect for peanut butter and jelly lovers!
Ingredients: 2 cups creamy peanut butter. 1 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 2 cups white chocolate chips. 1/2 cup strawberry jelly or jam. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides for easy removal. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Stir in the white chocolate chips until fully melted and the mixture is smooth. If needed, microwave for an additional 10-15 seconds. Quickly stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt for flavor balance. Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly. Drop spoonfuls of strawberry jelly or jam over the fudge in the pan. Pour the remaining fudge mixture over the jelly, covering it completely. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the jelly through the fudge, creating a marbled effect. Refrigerate the pan for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is set. Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut the fudge into squares or rectangles. Serve and enjoy your delicious Peanut Butter and Jelly Fudge!
