Payeesh (/Pie-ish/) or called Firni. It's a traditional dessert ate during Hari Raya in Bangladesh. Got much honour to try this, specially made by my friend and colleague. Made with rice, fresh milk, cinnamon stick, bay leave, cardamon and sugar. The toppings are usually nuts and raisin.
