April 20th, 2017, the Brooklyn Art Fellowship Gallery hosted the opening reception for the award winning Fine artist Gregory Coates latest series "Understated". I finished it a while ago, and watched the second season recently. I really love the series and the beautiful scenery and writing. One of my favorite characters was the priest, Paul Coates. I found he was a genuinely nice person throughout the seasons, or at least he tried his best to be one. Also, because I loved him and found him nice, I never truly got to appreciate him in the first season. I immediately assumed that the writers would go to "the priest did it" route and I'm so glad that they didn't. Watching it again, I really love the character and appreciate how nice he is now that I know he didn't do it.
