also! i was watching danny phantom a while back (mainly bc of gravesides lol) and though i didn’t get very far, i liked it a lot!

I will say even if he develops the capacity, Thomas would never be one to use possession. It just creeps him out too much.
Flipside is he is going to have to deal with a whole bunch of possessed people, and his version of the Box Ghost sadly specializes in it. So in terms of that it will frequently come up

i really wanna make art of scenes in Sideways in a comic book style sooooo baddddd (half for the aesthetic, half for the practice)

If I had to pick any scene to see it would be probably be Shadow!Monster Thomas barreling down the hall to protect his friends from Remus.
I just love the idea of him being terrifying and not even realizing it. But seriously any art from any of my stories is going to make me squee so hard!
have you already decided on logan and patton’s powers in Sideways or are you still thinking about it? bc i wanna know if there are any hints about them bc i wanted to theorize (if i may ofc)

I know what their powers are, but there hasn't been any hints yet. Patton's is due to be revealed at the end of Chapter 5 of Court of Blood. Still not sure where to reveal Logan's.

does gravesides take place before thomas meets nico or after?

Before. GraveSides takes place between PoF and FWSA. Thomas will meet Nico over the course of the fic, but the circumstances are going to be very different.
Not to say the food court scene isn't going to still happen, but it will also be very different. One might say...inverted >.>

I was about to say don't take too much from GraveSides about Danny Phantom cannon. But then I remembered a government agency trying to nuke the afterlife was a cannon event so *shrugs*.
Danny Phantom was a weird show with a lot of fascinating ideas that the showrunner did his best to never think about.
