I'm an unorganized mess, which is bad when you are self-employed...so i'm trying to be more organized.

I know the whole "make it public for holding oneself accountable" doesn't really work for me, because i mostly don't care (and nobody ever than you holds you accountable...so it is a failing idea from the beginning). But i'm a bit out of ideas sooo let's try it again and hope for the best.

After finishing an alteration for myself (a dirndl and a jacket i thrifted) i will write down my current w.i.p's and then the next projects with fabrics and the status of everything. I'm not sure if i will write a blog post about everything or -i'm tempted to- make a video, but that is kind of a whole new endeavour...which i'm not sure about.

Nearly finished first version of my dress pattern. Really like how it turned out. Love the fabric.

Blouse is nearly finished. Still mussing hems, some topstitching, buttons and buttonholes.

I will make the pattern from a different (thinner) fabric again.

Pattern Testing officially ended on Friday, 21.02.2025. And i say officially, because life is a bit chaotic at the moment for some testers and i totally can understand, when other things are more important at the moment, than sewing. But i´m positive that i will get more finished results in the near future! I had 5 Testers at the beginning , sadly one went silent (but that happens). One already…

I’m looking for Pattern Testers, who want to test my Skirt "Bella".

This sewing pattern is a skirt perfect for every occasion, with seven rounded godets, a straight waistband, which ends in a button closure and a seam zipper in the center back. The patterns allows you to make a straight skirt, with godets or without, as well. It is drafted for medium weight, woven fabrics (preferably Chambray, Panama, Velvet, Linen, light Cool Wool or Trevira etc.), but also Knitware with max. 5% Elastane (Scuba, Jersey etc.).

I´m looking for sewers in sizes 2 – 32 (Gr. 32-62)!
