Cake’s ‘Osa’ flex AP Electric Motorbike,

Cake partnered with the Southern African Wildlife College (SAWC) – a conservation institute which works with over 100 national parks across Africa – on developing the site-specific bikes. 

There are two lines available in the anti-poaching range. The Kalk AP – an “outback patroller” which can reach speeds of up to 90km/h – and the more recent addition Ösa AP, which was designed to carry bulky loads.

So a bitch is already halfway ish done with chapter two. Look at my ass GOOOOOOOO—

i shit y’all not like i know where this shit is going and i think it’ll be done before the year is over. like it takes me FOREVER to write fanfics (it’s novel-writing prep for me, tbh) but i’ve got my ass in gear. i think i’ve actually (for the first time EVER) got a writing method down. and imma share it with y’all.

Step One: Basic Outline

I start with a very vague summary of what’s gonna go down. How it starts, some juicy shit in the middle, and a BOMB ass ending. the ending is THE most important. if you don’t know what goes down in your last two chapters/scenes, you don’t have a story yet.

then i just write down everything (and i mean literally write. not type on a computer, WRITE. i have a comp notebook specifically for plot mapping and ideas) that comes to mind. “maybe bring this character in. it’ll create the illusion i know how to foreshadow instead of the blinding reality that i made up half that shit as i went along.” maybe THIS should happen. why would THIS work/not work? HOW could i make it work?

Step Two: Flesh out the details.

I‘m doing it chapter by chapter. Take the main ideas and break them down.

So the prologue and first chapter are Ingrid’s reassimilating into normal life after the explosion. The trauma is still pretty fresh and raw for her, even though she’s been through the therapy.

Now, your first chapter is your tone setter. Before this is over, you’ve gotta make your reader feel or sense something good/bad/interesting is gonna happen, or they’ll move on. So I planted some foreshadowing with this last line:

“...in spite of the explosion, X’s underground might not be finished with them yet.”

I also set up a few story lines that will explore the friendship dynamics within the Dream Team (obviously our fave officers). Ingrid will reach out to Vallejo with an unexpected plea, Fillmore might be the one to push Ingrid away this time around, and O’Farrell and Ingrid will eventually bond in a really sweet way. ALL of which i’ve set up within the first chapter.

Step Three: Repeat step two until you’re done.

Pretty simple. imma KILL THIS SHIT. it’s gonna be so much better than its predecessors. honestly it makes me wanna rewrite PATT and Aftermath just because my writing skills have improved SO MUCH since i created this universe, but i don’t wanna hold myself back by working backwards. gotta keep this momentum GOIN.

IM SO EXCITED to share this with y’all. No, i do not have a title for this masterpiece yet. Although, the second chapter is called “Rabbit Holes”. I can assure you than no rabbits will be harmed in the writing of this fic.
